Matthews, Edward R., 77, of Middle Island, passed away on November 10th, 2024. CEO of ADAPT Community Network. Beloved husband of the late Carole. Loving father of Elizabeth, Brian (Heather), Caitlin McCarthy (Kevin), and Patrick. Adoring grandfather of Sullivan, Colin, Sadie, and Liam. Longtime companion of Linda Laul. Visitation Friday, 2-4 & 6-9 PM, at, M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Saturday, 9:15 AM, St. Patrick’s Church, Huntington.
