Laura, we have not met but like Jim Marinello, we were very close friends, my brother Chris, Brian, Jim and myself back in the '60s on Old Yale road. We often gathered at the Morelli house mid day on a Saturday or Sunday along with Gary, Mike and Joe. Fred would pound out a turkey roaster full of spaghetti and meat sauce, buns and a sliced meat like prosciutto, capicola, ham, turkey and more...pickles, pickled onions. Very memorable times those get togethers. In those days Brian's favorite one liner was "watch this" as the car he was driving went up on the door handles around a corner....and he never ever crashed. Though we haven't spoken in many years I will truly miss not having him here with us. Jeff Johnsen

So many memories of Brian and the hijinks we got into at Aldergrove Senior Secondary school starting in 1960. His grad picture caption said it all: " Have voice, will talk. "
Separated by miles and years, you were always in my thoughts. Your name was often mentioned when reminiscing with our mutual friends.
Rest in Peace, my old pal, and my sincerest sympathy to you, Laura .

Dear Laura,
I am so sorry to hear of Brian’s passing. He was a fantastic guy and a total gentleman. His wit, intelligence, and wonderful personality were immediately apparent to me when I first met him many years ago at Margaret & Richie’s home, I always admired your deep love and devotion for each other. You both were the perfect example of what a loving marriage should be.
When I first heard the Brian had gotten ill, my heart sank. He was too good a person to have so much pain and suffering, but your love for him was probably his best medicine, I will miss him very much!
I can’t imagine your sadness and despair, but I promise to keep Brian’s memory with me. I pray that you find the peace and solace needed to help you move forward knowing that Heaven has welcomed Brian as its newest Angel!
With all my Love and Comfort,
Ray Reis

Brian, I didn’t have any natural brothers, and so you were my brother for the last twenty years. I remember the very first time I met you and how warm and friendly you were. I remember all your funny jokes and stories. What a life you had! I enjoyed our times together, visits to Connecticut, holidays on Long Island, trips to parks, Rhinebeck, Wildwood. I will never forget you. May you rest in peace.

Brian you shall be missed by so many. As I write this I feel such sadness that we will no longer see your big grin, hear your funny comments & know your compassion that had no limits. But I feel relieve as well now that you are no longer in pain. We shall remember you as a kind and compassionate soul who can make anyone crack up. Rest our friend. May you finally rest and no longer be working until the wee hours of the night and in pain. God will welcome you with open arms.
I'm adding this beautiful photo of you and Laura on a day we elebrated you.

See a twinkle snow tonight

I will miss that crazy humor of yours and our shared love of family get togethers. Rest in peace Brian. Your earthly time is now over but your eternal life has just begun. Fly with the angels and with your Dad and Mom who greeted you at those gates. Free from pain at last. Until we meet again we have many many years of wonderful memories of you to give us healing and peace.

We grieve for Brian's passing and Laura's sorrow but we know he is in one of many mansions promised by Jesus. Uncle Russ said Brian always made him laugh and I remember that one time he helped me with a quilting project !
Our love and prayers, Aunt Marie and Uncle Russ
