I, along with my family wanted to wish our deepest condolences to the Hogan family. Mr and Mrs Hogan, Chris, Marissa, and Mike have been close friends to our family and it is with great sorrow to hear as well as digest that Chris has passed. We have known Chris much of our lives and the great memories we all shared with our families will always be remembered. From the group inside jokes, to the ballgames, to the trips, to the home run derbies, to the just saying hello. Also noted my kids enjoyed his presence and loved him as well. It goes without saying, Chris is in Gods hands now and on through the gates.

Picking a memory of Christopher is so hard to do because how do you pick just one? Everyone has an amazing story with Chris because Chris was the definition of a true friend; a loving and protective son and brother, and a uniquely special soul. Chris was kindness but he was also fun. Every moment spent with him was a trip. His smile is unmatched and his ability to create a good time even under the most mundane of circumstances is something I will always treasure! Thank you for everything Chris. Just you being you always made everything better. This hurts way more then I could have ever imagined, but to know you was truly to love you. Forever in our Hearts, Christine Kolenik and family.

Chris was such an integral part of so many of our family boating adventures. And I have so many memories of babysitting him and Mike that keep coming to mind.. Monkeying on their bunk beds, looping round the yard. Chris was always very poised and mature in his way of being - as if he knew something more deeply than others already. It was perhaps not his first time around this human rodeo:). His time came way too soon and I am so sorry for all of our loss. He left strong impressions and his memory will of course live on. Dear James, Cindy, Marissa and Michael, I'm infinitely upset by Chris' passing. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. In my high school days, you were like family, and Chris another brother. He was an amazing person. My memories are countless and his legacy will never fade in my mind nor the minds of so, so many others. He touched so many people in his time, and anyone who knew him was better for it. (Especially if they, like I were a fisherman!) He taught me alot. I'm so sorry you.... and all of us have lost one of the truly good ones. I found this picture of him from 1994. Can't believe it was 27 years ago. I hope He's watching over all of us. Kevin Mazur
