Mary V. Cosgrove, born on November 18, 1920, passed on October 28, 2019.  Wife of the late Edward A. Cosgrove.  Devoted mother to seven children Maryjane Jones, Edward Cosgrove (Barbara), Patricia Schlosser, Christine Brooks (John), Susan (Mark), Joseph (Diane), predeceased by Kevin (Wendy).

Mary was born in Brooklyn and a long time resident of Manhasset, NY.

Mary is survived by 13 loving grandchildren of whom she was very proud: Eileen McPharlin (Billy), Timothy Jones (Jen), Kathleen Andresen (Leif) Michael Schlosser, Michael Varley, Christine Clare Powell (John), Brian Cosgrove, Shannon Cosgrove, Stephen Janssen, Joseph Janssen (Haley), Kelsey Cosgrove, Claire Cosgrove,  Elizabeth Cosgrove and and 9 great granddaughters whom adored her. Carolyn McPharlin, Katherine McPharlin, Meredith McPharlin, Lauren Jones, Megan McPharlin, Annemarie Jones, Kaitlyn Andresen, Ashley Andresen and Brea Cosgrove.

Loving Auntie as well.

Visitation Friday, November 1st  2-4pm and 7-9pm at M.A. Connell Funeral Home

Funeral Mass Saturday, November 2nd 9:15am – St. Patrick’s Church Huntington

Interment to follow St. Patrick’s Cemetery
