My deepest condolences to the family. Carol came to see me every month for a facial at Hand & Stone in Melville. I enjoyed our many conversations about both our families. I just lost my grandfather and she was the first of my clients to reach out to me. I looked forward to seeing her every month. I will miss her so much.

Dear Carol, Thank you for being so kind to us during a very difficult time of our life, so many years ago. We will always remember you as an exceptional person, a kind and gentle woman, beautiful both inside and out. Dear Stephanie, Stephen, Anthony & Michelle and family, I've known your mom for over 40 years and although we didn't see each other often we always had lots of laughs when we were together. She was one of a kind, so thoughtful, generous, welcoming and kind. When we moved to Greenlawn many moons ago she recommended a dentist to us, a repairman and whatever else we needed. She was always there to hand a helping hand. Years back I went over to your house to show mom how I made my Spanakopita. She has been making it ever since. What a wonderful cook she was! Dear Stephanie, Stephen, Anthony, Michele, and Family, I'm so very sorry about your Mom's passing. She was a wonderful, loving woman who I remember fondly and with great admiration. Growing up with all of you on Sherman Street, she was really a mom to all of us kids. She welcomed us into her home, often fed us wonderful food and, on occasion, disciplined us when we needed it. She was a very generous, loving person. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. She will be greatly missed. Love, Tara
