James R. Scott, 75, of Huntington Station, passed away on December 24th, 2024. Beloved father of Jack Scott (Cynthia Cervoni) and Anne Scott (Brian Corneliess), loving grandfather of Angelina and Leo, brother of William Scott, and formerly married to Lois Campbell. Jim was a dedicated attorney, including as the Senior Trial Attorney for Nassau County Legal Aid Society, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. Jim is remembered as a devoted father, an avid sports fan, nature enthusiast, and great story teller. He is very loved and will be missed by his family, friends, and colleagues. Memorial visitation will be held Saturday January 4th from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Avenue, Huntington Station.
