Obituary of Dennis Harmon

Please share a memory of Dennis to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Dennis Harmon, a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away at 77 years of age on November 5th, 2024. He leaves behind a legacy of love, creativity and passion for bringing the whole family together to celebrate the simple joys of life.

Dennis had an undeniable talent and passion for art which manifested in several ways. He spent countless hours creating beautiful, intricate pieces of art, often gifting his work to loved ones. His artistic spirit was evident in everything he touched; his large mosaics and paintings were a great example of how he expressed what he loved in life. Cooking was another one of Dennis’ artistic outlets. Whether it was a weeknight dinner, birthday or Christmas Eve feast, the entire family looked forward to sharing the meals he had prepared.

Dennis loved watching his boys thrive in sports, whether it be as a spectator or coach. He was a lifelong New York Yankees fan, who rarely missed a game.

Above all Dennis cherished his family, who have great memories of the special moments they shared together. Dennis is survived by his wife Debbie, his children, Jason (Shannon), Evan (Jenniffer), Michael, Dennis (Jennifer), and Dylan (Heather), his grandchildren, Brett, Jordan, Luke, Emily, and Jaxson, and is preceded in death by his son Patrick.

May his memory live on in each game, each meal and every work of art that reminds his friends and family of his enduring love.
