Obituary of Seikeya Dominique Jones

Seikeya Dominique Jones, the daughter of Yolanda Terrell and the late Allen Jones. Seikeya was born in East Meadow, NY, on September 19, 1992. She departed her life on September 3^rd, 2024.

Seikeya grew up in Huntington, NY. She graduated from Harborfields High School. She enjoyed music, and dancing and hanging out with her family and friends. Her favorite movies were Italian Job, Grease, and Coyote Ugly. Especially the part when they were dancing on the bar. Her Favorite music artist was Nicki Minaj. Seikeya names was “Cheese” as a little girl growing up. Seikeya had this smile that when she would look at you, it just made you smile back at her.

Seikeya was a sweet humble person. She would always say everyone was her friend. When we would ask who she was with or where she was staying she would always say I am with my friend. She loved her siblings, and family. She would always remind them of when they were younger and she used to watch them.

Seikeya  gave birth to a beautiful little boy on December 21, 2019. She named him Christian. He has so much of her personality and his busy little self.

Seikeya leaves to mourn her passing: her son Christian Kartel, her mother Yolanda Terrell, he sisters Shasia Correnthi and Dijonzhane Johnson, her brothers Nasean Johnson, Jashean Johnson, and Ahkeim Jones, her brother in law Emanuel Correnthi Sr., her niece Icelyn Witherspoon, and her nephews, Jao’kem Correnthi, Dominick Correnthi, Emanuel Correnthi Jr., Azariah Jones, and a host of family and friends.
