Obituary of Cornelius "Neil" F. Brogan, Jr.
Brogan, Cornelius “Neil” F. Jr., 89, of Huntington, passed away January 18, 2024. Retired Detective Nassau County Police Department, Ex-Captain Protection Engine Company New Hyde Park Fire Department and Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. Beloved husband of Eileen for 65 years. Loving father of Cornelius, Cathleen (Frank) Blair , Mary, Eileen (the late Brian) Podolec and James (Michelle). Cherished grandfather of Michael, Kimberly, Lauren, Olivia and Layne. Visitation Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Friday 9:45 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, Huntington. Interment to follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Huntington. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to: Tunnel to Towers https://t2t.org/ or St. Joseph’s Home for the Aged, 350 Cuba Hill Road, Greenlawn, NY 11740 in Cornelius’ name would be greatly appreciated.
