Obituary of Joan Dauscher
Dauscher, Joan Marie, 94, of Huntington, passed away peacefully at home on February 15, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Paul. Loving mother of Donna (Robert) Beckmann, Lois (Michael) Szypot, Nancy (Carl) Laurino, Doreen, Neal (Kathleen) and Joanne (Paul) Gartelmann. Cherished grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 9. She is loved and will be missed by her family and friends. Visitation Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Church, Melville. Interment to follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to: Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation www.jdrf.org in Joan’s name would be greatly appreciated by the family.
