Pennino - Albert Thomas, 100, of Huntington on October 21, 2022. Former business owner of Island Power Tools, South Huntington.  He previously worked at Grumman.  An avid athlete and gymnast in his youth, his enjoyment of sports never waned.  Throughout his life, his mechanical know-how made him a beloved “Mr. Fix it” to many.

 

Father to Anthony Pennino and his wife Charlene.  Proud grandfather to Albert and Kim, Maddalena and Brian Smith; Anthony and Alison and John and Janelle.  Blessed with seven  great grandchildren: David, Matthew, Liam, Riley, Rory, Jonah and Clare with twins on the way.  He was predeceased by his loving wife Mary and five brothers Ben, Orlando, Frank, Victor and Ernie. 

 

Reposing at MA Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Avenue, Huntington Station on Thursday, October 27th at 2 to 4pm (prayer service) and 7 to 9pm.  A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, Woodbury on Friday, October 28th at 10am. Entombment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.
