Mrs. Janet Campbell
Beloved wife of Arthur Campbell.
Born November 18, 1928 – the same day as Mickey Mouse. Her parents were David and Lillian Shaw. She lived most of her life in the New York City and Long Island area. She had two brothers, David and Clinton, and two sisters, Edna and Peggy. She held many important positions in her life, such as treasurer for the town of Huntington, NY, and Suffolk County OTB.
She was an avid golfer and active in St. John’s Episcopal Church.
Although she never had any children of her own, she was generous to the children of her extended family. Making an effort to provide nice gifts for birthdays and Christmas.
She loved to cook, sing, and play gin rummy in her beautiful home in Melville.
We know she is with Uncle Artie and Grandma Shaw, Clinton, David, and Peggy. She lived her life well.
