If I had to describe Andy with one word, it would be "Unique". His leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring skills were exceptional and second to none. He was the best leader I ever worked for and I owe my career development to him. I watched him over the years inspire people beyond their capabilities. He brought the best out of everyone. Andy was a role model for balancing family and corporate life. He now gets to reunite with Sandy, his wife and best friend, on a "New Beginning". He will live on in my fond memories. Thank you Andy for all you have done for me!!!

Andy will always be remembered as a perfect gentleman. He treated everyone with kindness and was a perfect manager of any office he was assigned. Working with Andy was a highlight of my 43 year with Allstate.

Kind. Intelligent. Innovative. Empathetic. These are just a few words used to describe Andy. I am so grateful to have had the privilege of working with Andy at Allstate. He always encouraged creativity, and to never be fearful of trying something new that may ultimately yield more positive or efficient results. So many times over these year I remember the vast knowledge he so generously shared, and those clever and witty sayings that would make us all laugh. Some say the Melville MCO was not an office, but a state of mind. Andy was the heart and soul of that office, and will forever hold a place in my mind and my heart.

I remember Andy as a devoted family man, a devout Roman Catholic, loyal to his employer (Allstate Insurance Company) and a true patriot. I’ve always been proud to tell folks that Andy hired me in 1973 - out of school a short time and recently married to my wife of nearly 50 years. He truly was my mentor!
