Peter Plastaras left this world, passing at his home in Northport on November 21, 2020. He was a devoted father, loving brother and caring friend leaving behind his daughter, Zoe, siblings Jean Crampton, Jane Miller, Thomas and Paul, his father Joseph, seven nieces and nephews and countless friends. In his second career as a Registered Nurse, Peter dedicated many years as Unit Director of the Dementia Unit at Huntington Hills Rehabilitation Center.
In Lieu of flowers, in memorium of Peter’s care for his patients; contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (alz.org).
A celebration of Peter’s life will be held at a future date.
