Obituary of Mary Theresa Bartasi

Mary (Theresa) (Orsini) Bartasi, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, left us on Wednesday May 6th, 2020. She was born to Arthur and Anne Orsini and will be sorely missed and always remembered as the heart of the family. Terri was a successful realtor on Long Island. She had a passion for life and strong intellectual opinions on many subjects. Her love of children and animals compelled her to donated every month for ten years to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital as well as many catholic and animal charities. She was rich in kindness and generosity. Raising two boys on her own after Joe passed in 1984 was no easy task but she never complained. She sacrificed for her family but to her that is just what you did, family first. She is preceded in death by her husband Joe, and brother Patrick. She is survived by her twin son’s Glenn and his wife Cassidy as well as Mark and his wife Gina. One of the great joy’s of her life will be her grandchildren Grace, Nicholas, Luke and Ryan. Terri enjoyed attending their soccer, baseball and football games as well as gymnastic competitions. Terri Bartasi, was truly loved by her family and friends and will be missed tremendously.
