Accomplished Musician and Music Educator, serving in the Harborfields C.S.D. at T.J. Lahey Elementary from 1969 - 1992.
A Huntington resident from 1967, Judy devoted her retirement years to her two passions: music and canine creatures. As a faithful parishioner, she sang in the Our Lady Queen of Martyrs (Centerport) church choir from 1999-2014. She also volunteered in her community for many years with the Huntington League for Animal Protection. Judy loved dogs and with the LAP organization she participated in many educational events, advocating for animal rescue and adoption.
Judy passed away peacefully in her sleep, after a long illness at the age of 84.
She is survived by her 4 children, 1 brother and 3 grandsons

A mass of Christian Burial will be offered at OLQM Roman Catholic Church in Centerport. Interment will be following at Huntington Rural Cemetery, to the accompaniment of a New Orleans jazz band.
