Those of us who knew and loved the joyous smile and warm heart of Carolyn when she was just a high school student are saddened by this news. She was feisty and fun. Although I blame my love of shopping from going to the mall with her. I’ll always think of Carolyn in her CSHHS cheerleading outfit and saddle shoes. Keeping that love alive in her memory. I worked with Carolyn for many years at KPMG in Chicago. She kept a beautiful photo of her and the boys in her office. I remember her dedication and commitment to both work and family. My sincerest condolences.

From college at Ohio Wesleyan, to the Hamptons summer share, PA antiquing, ringing in the new year with her parents at Stratton to her fabulous 50th bday party in Chicago - and more - Carolyn was always the sweetest, kindest, loyal friend one could have. Always a smile, well-wishes, encouragement and impeccably dressed (!) - Carolyn was someone who was hard not to love. Her love of her Donaldson and Feuer families was paramount. Her boys were her pride and joy. Writing this with great sadness about a friend taken too soon. Thoughts are with all who are reading this, especially her loving family. RIP, dear Carolyn.

Our beautiful, sweet Carolyn at her 50th birthday party in Chicago. It was an event to remember...planned impeccably, with champagne, shopping, dining, dancing, a spa visit and much laughter. So many of Carolyn's friends from different parts of her life were there to celebrate - shown here are just a few of them. A time of joy to be remembered at this sad time. RIP my friend. xoxo

I was a colleague of Carolyn's at KPMG. Although we did not keep in touch, I was always very fond of her. Carolyn was always a shining star who was kind, respectful and very passionate and dedicated to her work, however, her family was most important. I am saddened by her sudden passing and send my deepest sympathies to her family and dear friends whose hearts are broken.
