Obituary of Hok Ching

Hok Ching,  91, of Huntington , On October 16, 2019. Beloved husband of Lin Ching.   Devoted father to Elaine and Johnny.  Loving Grandfather of Sean, Scott, Carly, Kyra and Liana.  Pets best friend to Li Li and Bobo.  For Hok Ching everyday was a new day for him to enjoy and cast worries aside.  The simple things in life were the ones he treasured.  As a chef, food was his life. Creating meals were about more than eating, they were about creating memories , bonding, family and friendship.  There was nothing more important to him than the love and company of his children and grandchildren, grand pets and friends.  Please join us in remembering and celebrating the life of our husband, father, grandfather, chef and friend.   Hok Ching.   Reminisce with us and to say not goodbye but until we dine together again.
