Coleman, Denise Ann, 68, of Centerport, on September 29, 2019. Beloved mother of Jennifer Rojas (Luis). Loving grandmother of Killian and Caelan. Cherished sister of John (Sharon), Mary, Eileen Grennan (Peter) and Janet. Visitation Wednesday 7-9 PM and Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Friday 10 AM at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Centerport. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation in Denise's name to Childcare Council of Suffolk Inc., www.childcaresuffolk.org an organization that Denise was extremely proud of her daughter Jennifer being a part of.
