Even in an obituary David and his family can’t acknowledge his 3rd kid, actually 1st child. I tried meeting him after I had my son. I couldn’t believe that he would turn his back on his first son after having one myself. It’s a nice obituary but full of lies. The drug use and neglect of being a good moral human ate him from the inside out resulting in karma taking over. I truly wish he was the person in the obituary because maybe he would have had a backbone and not abandon his 1st son twice. Sorry for you loss

I grew up with David we had a tremendous amount of fun growing up together in Smithtown NY. Life is what we make of it I hadn’t spoken to David for at least 30 plus years but when we spoke several months ago it was as if we just left each other the day before. Rest In Peace my childhood friend.

I’ve only met David a few times, but can still hear his voice, his laugh. In addition to being a doting husband and father, David was an amazing big brother to Karen and dedicated loving uncle to Derek, Jesse, and McKayla. Raised a family man, his mother’s loss knows no bounds. Remember his laughter and love always. We share in your grief and celebrate his life with love.

I lost my husband a few month ago and David helped me with all of the paperwork. I will truly miss our conversations as he made sure I was taken care of, This came as such a shock to me as he indicated he was doing better, My thoughts and prayers go out to his family who he truly loved.
