I would not be the person I am today if it were not for Michael Frinquelli. I began working for him when I was 18 years old. He taught me how to work hard, to have integrity, that you never stop learning, how to be kind, laugh, have fun, and that having power was a great responsibility. I am indebted to him for forming my character. He was a one-of-a-kind, great man, who will be sorely missed by all that knew him. Prayers go out to his wife and children, who were his greatest joy.

Michael was not only a fine analyst, he was a gentleman, a rare species in the man-eats-man environment that is Wall Street. As an analyst, he was without peer, but what is more important, he was a good man. I am proud to have had the privilege of working with him, and i always counted him as a friend. May he rest in peace.

How sad I was to hear of Michael's passing. Based on his kindness and generosity in this life I am sure the bells in Heaven are ringing with welcome! It was Michael who was a driving force in getting the Board to build the pool at Holy Child and in so doing we were able to build a camp that has brought in millions of dollars. What a terrific fellow who I came to deeply appreciate!

I was terribly saddened to hear of Michael's passing. Of all of the people who influenced my career, Michael is at the top of the list. Indeed, I owe much of my success to him and still hear his voice in my head often. He taught me the basics of research and, more importantly, he served as a great example of how to succeed on Wall Street in a principled, classy fashion. Following Michael to Merrill Lynch was among the best decisions I have ever made, period. Michael treated everyone the same from CEOs to interns and he earned respect from everyone that worked with him. I never heard a negative word uttered about Michael. I will always be grateful that fate provided me with the perfect mentor at a critical time in my career.
