Obituary of Nicholas Crocco

Crocco, Nicholas, born on August 2, 1940 of Huntington, NY, passed away peacefully at the age of 78, on November 18, 2018. He is survived by his loving children; Nicholas Crocco, Jr. of Buffalo, Marijo Giammarino and husband Mario of Huntington, Joseph Crocco and wife Fran of South Huntington and grandchildren; Alexa, Tommy, Cassidie, and Jared as well as his devoted brother Sam Crocco and wife Ann of South Huntington, sister-in-law Cathy Crocco of Huntington as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Nicholas was pre-deceased by his loving sweetheart, his wife Jo Ann and his brother Anthony Crocco. Born and raised in Huntington, Long Island Nicholas married the love of his life, Jo Ann at age 21. Nicholas worked as a laborer for Local Union 66 and for the Town of Huntington Parks Department. Nicholas was also a volunteer firefighter for the Town of Huntington for over 50 years until he moved to Buffalo in 2015. Nicholas had a love for the horses, his family and his friends. Family will receive friends from 2-4 & 7-9 PM on Friday November 23^rd at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Avenue, Huntington Station. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 AM on Saturday, November 24^th at St. Hugh of Lincoln Church in Huntington Station.
