Obituary of Gino Louis Paesani

Paesani, Gino Louis 97, of Hicksville. A member of the Greatest Generation born in Vallerano Italy January 12, 1921, entered into eternal life August 7th, 2018.  Devoted husband of the late Adelia Costa.  Beloved father of Rita (Russell) Felt, Gene-Louise (Jerome) Poller, Joseph (Jacquelyn Cusumano) Paesani, Mary-Ellen (John) Fasanella, and Andrea (Robert) Witt. Treasured grandfather of Matthew (Christen) Felt, Christian (Amanda) Felt, Patrick (Christina) Felt, Katharine (Richard) Miraglia, Joseph (Kelly) Poller, Gregory Poller, Adelia Witt, and Lydia Witt. Adored great-grandfather of 18. Cherished brother-in-law of Norma (George) Kebabjian, Sr Norene Costa, RJM and Dorothy Paesani. Dear brother of the late Curzio and Peter. Decorated WW II Navy veteran in the Pacific Theater.  Recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross and numerous Air Medals.  He began his career at Steinway & Sons before establishing South Shore Music Company, Lindenhurst, NY. Visitation Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Mass Saturday 9:30 AM at St. Hugh of Lincoln Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center, Smithtown in his memory.
