O’Sullivan, Patricia Eilleen, 93, of Huntington, on July 5, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Henry Thomas. Loving mother of Kathleen Alvina, Henry Thomas Jr. (Dr. Christine Blaine) and Patricia Mary. Cherished grandmother of Henry Thomas III, Mia Rose and Gianna Grace. Dear sister of Joan DeWitt and predeceased by Gloria Markuson, Colleen Salzburg and Joseph Crowley. Visitation Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Tuesday 9:45 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, Huntington. Entombment to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Woodside.
