Lamberta, Yolanda, at the age of 100 passed away at home in Jupiter, FL, on April 28, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Gaspare. Loving mother of Sandra Simonettti, Gail Lamberta, and predeceased by her sons Anthony and Gaspare Jr. Cherished grandmother of 4, great-grandmother of 3 and great-great-grandmother of 2. Visitation Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Friday 11:30 AM at St. Hugh’s Church, Huntington Station. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
