Eric, Renee, Jonathon, Brenden and Amanda,
My heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your Mom and Grandmother. You were her world. She lived for you. One of her proudest moments was Jonathon graduating college. I know she had hoped to live long enough to see the other two graduate college as well.
We had many many long conversations both being nurses. Some lasting 7 hours. She was pationate about her work and care of her patients. They were fortunate to have her as their nurse. It was hard on her that the illness took away her ability to function in her career.
Carmela was so sentimental about her heritage, Bubka and her parents. We had many conversations about her trips to Ohio. I was glad she came with you Eric and Renee and Jonathon. I am happy we were able to stop in New York with our family and visit on your Grandfathers deck.
Elisa, Carmela told me that you were helping her out and even spent a few holidays with her and Eric and family. I know your attention brought her comfort. Joseph, Vicki, Valerie and Vinnie losing a sibling is hard. Carmela is now with your Mom, Dad and grandparents out of pain.
All our time on earth is getting shorter. May you be close as a family and support each other. Take your sisters place and check on Eric and family like shepherds to keep his family close.
My love to all,
Cousin Terri

We were classmates at Queens College and C.J. taught me how to do calculus. We became and remained friends. She will always be in my heart as a caring friend , mother to her son Eric, and her grandchildren. You are with the Lord and will no longer be in pain.

I then realized it’s because You are there.
You fly with the Angels now but part of You will always be with us...'

I had the pleasure of working with CJ for 15 years in the SCU at Sloan-Kettering. She had a big heart, a good soul, and boundless energy even at 3 am. So many fond memories of those times. My deepest condolences to her family, especially to her beloved son, Eric.
