Orefici, George, 88, of Ridge, on July 28, 2017. Beloved husband of Kathleen. Loving father of Jimmy, Mary Ellen Carle (Thomas) and George (Diana). Cherished grandfather of Kristen, Tommy, Matthew, Jack, Nicholas, Gabrielle and Daniel. Visitation at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station on Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass at St. Patrick’s Church in Huntington on Tuesday at 9:45 AM. Interment at Calverton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice of Suffolk or the Dementia Society of America, in his memory.
