Gianone, Phyllis ,85, of Garden City South and Huntington, on May 6, 2017. She was born on All Saint’s Day. Loving wife of the late Salvatore. Beloved mother of Salvatore III (Roberta) and Christine Santelli. Cherished grandmother of Salvatore IV (Stefanie), Kim (Joseph), Matthew (Patti), Louis III and Alyssa. Great grandmother to Jolene, JJ, Cali and Derek. Dear sister of Jeannette Santoro (Thomas) and Henry Rufa (Karen). Adored Aunt and wonderful friend to many. Visitation at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Church in Huntington, on Wednesday at 10:45 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery.
