Soldano, Herman, 91, of Huntington Station on January13, 2017. A proud WW II Army Veteran, recipient of the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. A terrific golfer. Beloved husband of the late Eleanor. Loving father of Lori Faller (Joseph). Adoring Pop-pop of Brian and Maggie. Dear brother of the late Paul Soldano and cherished uncle of Marc Soldano and the late Daryl Dolan. The rest of his family are too numerous to mention and they also feel our great loss. Visitation at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Little Shelter, 33 Warner Rd., Huntington, NY 11743-5918, in his memory.
