Danny and family, We are so sorry to hear of mom's passing, Our two "Anns" your mom and ours were such good friends. All the kids, on Old Northport Rd, at bus station and in the neighborhood knew they could count on that special collection of caring women who watched over us all. We (Beck) family send our sincere condolences to the McNamara families. We had been neighbors on Old Northport Road to Ann and Dan and son, Daniel McNamara for many years. Our parents, Bernard and Dorothy Beck, loved their relationship with Ann and Dan a long time. Ann, Dan and Danny visited us all at our Northern NY seasonal residence in the 1960s. I hope I can find the photo of them to share here. Mother and Dad Beck, Grandparent Scudders and many others on Old Northport Road enjoyed the wonderful relationship as friends and neighbors with Ann and her family. Ann was a kind, gentle, sweet lady. She always smiled and was interested in us all. She genuinely cared about others. She will be remembered with affection and respect. God certainly did His best when he created Ann McNamara. In God's care now, Ann. Bless you and your entire family. Love, The Becks

She is now resting in the arms of Jesus where there is no more suffering and pain.
