Harvey Strauss of Huntington, NY at 92. Born in Raleigh NC on March 16, 1923, he was a Normandy veteran for the Big Red One (1st Div), attended Lafayette College, and was a ramp supervisor on the original Eastern Airlines Shuttle service NY-Wash, DC. He is survived by two sons John and Andrew, two granddaughters, Elizabeth Strauss and Christina Saunders, two nieces and two nephews. Interment will be at the Calverton National Cemetery.
