Anne Knauer
KNAUER - Anne (nee Frey), 88, on January 11, 2012. Loving wife of the late Harold "Babe" Knauer. Devoted mother of Joe, Gary and Kevin. Dear sister of Martha Aliperti, Pauline Winzinger, the late Pearl Peto and the late Julius Frey. Anne is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandson. Memorial visitation Wednesday, January 18th 7-9 PM and Thursday, January 19th 9:30-11:30 AM with a service at 11 AM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station, NY, 11746. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Huntington YMCA are appreciated. Anne retired from the YMCA after 60 years of service.
