James Scott Overend
OVEREND - James Scott, 53, of Centerport, passed away on January 3, 2012. Beloved husband of Carrie, and devoted father to his daughter Devin. Cherished son of William and Patricia. Loving brother of Robert, Carol Marinaccio, William, and Mark. Dear son-in-law of Joseph and Sandra Florkowski. Visiting hours Friday 7-9 pm and Saturday 2-4 & 7-9 pm at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Religious services will be held Sunday at 2pm at the Centerport Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in James name to the Leukemia Society.
