VOLPE - Laura, age 98 of Melville on November 14, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Ignatius. Loving mother of Nino, Bruna (Stephen) Rose, and Richard (Amy). Cherished grandmother of eight and great grandmother of seven. Dear aunt to many cherished nieces and nephews. Visitation M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station, Wednesday 7-9 PM. Mass St. Patrick's Church, Huntington, Thursday 9:45 AM. Entombment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Laura's name to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , P.O. Box 1000, Dept.142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
