August William (Bill) Bilzi
BILZI - August William (Bill), 87, lifelong resident of Huntington, on January 1, 2011. Bill was the 9th of 10 children born and raised in Huntington and the last survivor of the clan. Beloved husband of the late Marjorie. Loving father of Steven (Susan), Thomas (Mary) and Patrice Bickford (Michael). Adoring grandfather of James, Christina, Anthony, Brian, Kathryn, Claire, Kerry, Giulietta, Kevin and Alec. Visitation at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Firematic Services to be held At 8 PM Friday. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Halesite Fire Dept., 1 North New York Ave., Huntington, NY 11743, where Bill served for 35 years.
