TAMBURRELLI - George V., age 91, of Huntington, on November 10, 2009.
Decorated WWII Army Veteran. Longtime owner and operator of LST Grocers
in Mineola. Beloved husband of the late Josephine. Loving father of
Linda (Joseph) Malichio and Karen (John) Boyle. Cherished grandfather
of Joseph, Matthew, Lindsay, John, Mariah and Jessica. Devoted
great-grand-father of Maura and Josesh. Dear brother of Aurora
Gagliardi. Visitation M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave.,
Huntington Station, Friday 2-5 and 7-9pm. Mass St. Patrick's Church,
Huntington, Saturday 9:30am. Interment Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery,
Flushing. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude
Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN
38105-1942.
