And continuing....... remembering the times upstate with the bon fires, the badmitton games with the family, walks to pick the wildflowers, trips to Dairy Queen for ice cream and then each and every October it was going upstate yet again to celebrate Grandma's birthday. Laughing at Grandma when she was telling off the Greek across the street! So funny.

There are so many memories and to try to think of just one is impossible. Many favorites are as children Grandma would always walk with all us kids from my parents house up to the local Nescott Drug Store and buy us a bunch of stuff, coloring books, crayons, candy, kites, etc. Living with Grandma in the Bronx when I graduated high school and worked down on Wall St and Tom picking me up at the Westchester Ave subway and them always having a Tom Collins cocktail when I got home from work. Hanging upstate at their place, so many fun times when our kids were little and Grandma always knowing the best route to go anywhere. The treehouse....all our kids remember that. Painting the house, walks to see the cows with the little ones. Grandma loved her family and enjoyed them around and we enjoyed her, her wisdom, her insights on life now and what it was when she was young. I will miss her so.......smooches Grandma.

Grandma was a great lady and so smart. She spent many acations with us, one I remember is when the children were small and we went to a place in Pa. and while we were sitting at the pinic table getting ready for lunch a squirrel went up her leg and she jumped and screamed so loud everyone heard her, but the squirrel did get out and ran away. She taught me to make the best gravey. I am sure she is looking down on us and saying what is all the fuss.
