KUBICKI - Jerome, age 64, lifetime resident of Centerport on June 20, 2009. Proud member and past president of Centerport Fire Dept. Loving companion of Franny Wright. Loving son of Marion and the late Joseph Kubicki. Dear brother of Thomas (Ann) and Lawrence (Nancy) Kubicki. Cherished uncle of Brian, Tim and Tom. Adored step-father of Laura, Jessica and Amanda. Visitation M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station, Wednesday 2-5 & 7-9 pm. Religious Service Thursday 10am at the Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 1332 N. Halsted St. Suite 201, Chicago, IL 60642-2642 or Schwachman-Diamond Project, P.O Box 820 Sayville, NY 11782.
