MASSA - William, 89, of Huntington Station, raised in Corona, Queens, former resident of Manhasset and Stewart Manor, on May 19, 2015. Beloved husband of Patricia for 49 years. Loving father of William (Bernadette), Jennifer (Stephen) Sebetic and Katie (Richard) Kennedy. Cherished grandfather of Matthew, Nicholas, William, Thomas, John and Ada. Dedicated teacher of the Hicksville Public School System and proud WWII veteran in the U.S. Navy. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Thursday 9:30 AM at St. Hugh's Church. Interment Calverton National Cemetery Calverton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in William's name to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
