POWLES - Henry J. III, (aka Sooky), 83, lifelong resident of Huntington, on December 18, 2014. Beloved husband of Joanne (nee Colasuono). Loving father of Ramona, Dawn and the late Henry IV. Cherished grandfather of Grace Tierney. Devoted son of the late Harry and Anne Powles. His family will receive friends at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave. Huntington Station on Sunday, January 25, from 2-5 PM. A Memorial Service will be at the Funeral Home at 4PM. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Stony Brook Medical Center Research or to the Cold Spring Harbor Labs in his memory.
