Obituary of Helen Reinwald

Helen REINWALD REINWALD - Helen, 88, of Bellerose and Wading River, on November 8, 2014. Born in Manhattan in 1926. She was married in 1946 and owned bakeries with her husband in the Bronx and Valley Stream, Reinwald's Bakery in Bellerose and New Hyde Park. She retired in 1978 and served at St. John the Baptist Church in Wading River as a Eucharistic Minister and was Regent of the Catholic Daughters of America for many years. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Susan Paradise (Gerard), Andrew, Richard (Carole),Christine Moretti (Eugene), Edward (Susan) and Joseph. Adoring grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 5. Dear sister of Marie Hugel. Visitation at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Church, Wading River, on Wednesday at 11:15 AM. Interment at St. Isidore Cemetery in Riverhead.
