Obituary of Joni C. Emanuele Pacie

Joni Emanuele Pacie, who died peacefully on September 7, 2014, was a beautiful, unique and talented individual, whose creativity illuminated every aspect of her life and enriched those around her. Joni was an artist, writer, actress and world traveller who gave her time to many charitable causes. She was also a kind, fun-loving, witty and generous woman. She will be missed by her beloved family, friends and loving caretakers, Norma, Renata and Paulette. She is survived by her father Nick Emanuele, her brother Ron Emanuele, his wife Diane, her cousin and devoted guardian Joanne Kurt and her aunt Joan Piot, who was a second mother to her. Memorial services will be held at the MA Connell Funeral Home on September 26, 2014 between 2 and 5 PM. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in the name of Joni Emanuele Pacie to The Little Shelter, a no-kill animal sanctuary located at 33 Warner Rd, Huntington, NY 11743.
