Mom, Tonight marks 10 years since you left "this bitter earth" on the night before Mother's Day. The loss Dad and I felt was and still is unbearable . I'm glad you are not in pain and pray you are with Dad and Nana. Thank you for all you did for not only me but so many.It did not go unnoticed .The kindness, thoughtfulness, honesty, caring, devotion that you brought to everyone will always be remembered by me .Your unique combination of love, gentleness coupled with your feisty fighting spirit for those you loved will always serve as my inspiration. Thank you for the signs you are still sending to me, the talks we have in dreams still 10 years later mean the world to me. I am deeply sorry that you were disappointed by some in our "family " especially during the time you needed them most. Always know how much I admired you. Forever grieving but forever loving, until we meet again, Your daughter, Lisa.

Dear Mrs L., my other mother.... you were so accepting and had so much energy to go around!! I loved going on little ventures with you; whether it was the beach or for a cup of coffee. Fond memories of our times on the Cape, Puerto Rico or just sitting at the kitchen table looking at photo albums. I will always cherish our times together; the good and the challenging.
