DORAN - Lawrence A., 79, of Meritt Island, FL, formerly of Melville on September 3, 2013. Survived by his loving children Deborra (Rich) Fontana, Peter (Eileen), Mark (Deidre), the late Kristine and their mother,Joan. Also survived by his three devoted stepchildren and their mother, the late Arlene. Cherished grandfather of twelve & great-grandfather of three. Dear companion of Tilley Bergsma. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave, Huntington Station. Funeral Service 10 AM Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donatios made to LI2Day Breast Cancer Walk www.li2daywalk.org in his name would be greatly appreciated.
