Mike always had a big smile on his face when I saw him. It's been a while since I last saw him, but I will remember his kindness and the way he made a younger punk like me always feel comfortable around the older guy's playing hockey on the pond or just shooting the breeze. Like a big brother you never had. My thoughts and prayers go out to Mike and his entire family. Mike will be greatly missed.

This man was a love, he was so caring to those who were hurting. He always called. He always offered kind and encouraging words. He was a great communicator. He always tried to make your heart llighter with laughter. I know he is up there now with his Buddy Boo. Love you both! The world is a lot sadder without you! We will never forget you! Kelsey you made him such a proud father! Love, Siobhan

My memories of Mike are from back in Jr. High and High School days at Oldfields and Harborfields. My brother was in Mike's class and in his circle of best friends. Good natured, friendly, funny come to mind when I think of Mike. Our families were also close with sisters who were friends and parents who socialized. While our paths didn't cross after school days, fond memories were always close whenever the family reminisced. Hope you knew how well you were thought of Mike. You were one of the good guys that makes life's journey worthwhile. Take care.

I happen to run into Mike a few weeks ago at Home Depot. Just like every time we see each other the first topic of conversation is our daughters, who also happen to be close friends. We would share our experience as fathers raising daughters. Without exception, Mike would glow with pride when talking about Kelsey and how proud he is of her. She truly was everything to him. The topic would soon change to our high school days and the laughs would begin. Before you knew it, Mike and I were hysterically laughing and anyone who knows Mike will tell you how contagious his laugh is. I would walk away with my stomach hurting and my eyes watering from laughing so hard. I will miss Mike. He was genuinely a good guy. God got himself a great guy and a great plumber.

I will never forget your smile, generosity and patience. You started out as our plumbing and heating contractor so many years ago and became a dear family friend who was always there for us especially Billy. I will forever miss that big handshake and smile. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time. Thanks for everything!! The Ramsay Family
