APOLLONIO - Frank, 82, ofHuntington Station, on January 9, 2013. Beloved husband of Caterina for over 48 years. Former Chef at Villa Victor and Crest Hollow Country Club and Veteran of the US Army. Loving father of Ester Strezenec (Eric), Grace Abate (Anthony) and FrancesGorecki (Richard). Cherished grandfather of Christina,Jonathan, Lauren Anne,Nicholas, Olivia, and Emily. Dear brother-in-law of Lucia Apollonio and family, GianfrancoRossetti and family. Visitation Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A.Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30 AM at St. Hugh's Church, Huntington Station. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial donations made to: Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or The American Heart Association would be greatly appreciated. www.maconnellfuneralhome.com
