CABO - Robert Walter, of Jamesport, formerly of Huntington, passed peacefully in his sleep at the age of 67. "I'm not the world's greatest golfer, I'm not the world's greatest hairdresser, but I'm the world's greates t golfing hairdresser." Beloved son of George E. and the late Barbara. Loving life partner of Dona Nocerino. Devoted father of David, Jennifer (Scott) McCartney, Jessica, Bonnie and the late Bobby. Cherished grandfather of Matthew, Lauren and Myles. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Wednesday 12 Noon at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Greenlawn. Interment to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Huntington.
