Schmitz, James A., 81, of Huntington, on September 21, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth. Loving father of James (Sara), Thomas (Yukia), Joseph (Anne), George (Rose Anna) and Stephen (Inju). Cherished grandfather of twelve. Dear brother of Sabyna. Visitation Thursday 7-9 PM and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30 AM at St. Patrick's Church, Huntington. Interment to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to: VNS Hospice of Suffolk, 505 Main St., Northport NY, 11768 would be greatly appreciated.
