Obituary of Evelyn M. Ambrosio
AMBROSIO - Evelyn M., 94, of Merrick, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2017. She led a full and exceptional life and always exemplified the meaning of "family." Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Joseph (Gloria), Richard (Nancy), James (Loretta) and William (Janet). Cherished grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 4. She is loved and will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station on Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass will be held at St. Hugh of Lincoln Church in Huntington Station on Saturday at 9:30 AM. Interment to follow at Cemetery of the Holy Rood in Westbury. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Long Island Alzheimer's Foundation 1025 Old Country Road, Suite 115, Westbury, NY 11590, Attn: DONATION in her memory.
