Clauselle Comeau Obituary

IN MEMORIAM

CLAUSELLE COMEAU

Clauselle Comeau was born in Aquin, Haiti, on July 31, 1941, to Anthony Comeau and Resia Numa. Clauselle often reminisced fondly about her childhood and her many siblings. As a young adult, she sought to influence the next generation and earned a degree in education. She left a lasting impact on her students. A few years ago, she was fortunate to be joined by some of her students, now adults, who wanted to recognize her lasting influence on their lives.

Clauselle was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone she met. She grew up surrounded by family and community, which cultivated a strong sense of compassion and always offering a listening ear and a gentle smile. Her love language was hosting friends and family with delicious meals, music, and laughter. As her illness progressed, those traits never wavered, even when verbal communication was difficult. Anyone who came near her was guaranteed a hug, a kiss, and a back rub.

Clauselle went home to be with the Lord on July 19, 2026, surrounded by her family and a host of cousins, family, and friends. As we gather to honor her memory, we are reminded of the enduring impact of her love and the profound legacy she leaves behind. Let us celebrate her remarkable life and find solace in the cherished memories we hold dear.
